At IKAF, we strive to provide high-quality sports programs and events for children and participants. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before registering or making any payment.

Program Registration and Payments

All registrations for IKAF programs, workshops, events, and activities are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment. 

Cancellation by Participant

• Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing through the official email channels provided in IKAF Website.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of registration confirmation may not be eligible for a refund.
• Failure to attend a program or event after registration will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by IKAF

IKAF reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program, event, or session due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient participation, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

• If IKAF cancels a program or event, participants may be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to another program.
• IKAF shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation costs.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds, if any, may be considered at the sole discretion of IKAF based on the nature of the program, duration completed, and circumstances of cancellation. Administrative or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of personal schedule or preferences
• Medical reasons not supported by valid documentation
• Disqualification due to violation of IKAF’s code of conduct
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided during registration

Transfer of Registration

In certain cases, IKAF may allow the transfer of a registration to another program or future event. Such transfers are subject to availability and must be approved by IKAF.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within a 5-7 working days. IKAF is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Policy Updates

IKAF reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
